Westside Preserve - Helping buyers with one of the very last David Weekley homesites available

David Weekley Homes is just about out of available homesites in Westside Preserve and I am happy to be helping a family get on of the best lots left.

We have gone back and forth with a few different house plans.  We have modified, re-modified, and un-modified the layouts.  We have talked a lot about what features are most important.

In the end, I think they have made a very good decision about which home to build.  And I am happy to have been part of working through that decision.

Most people only build a new home once or twice in a lifetime.  I have the experience of going along for the ride and offering advice multiple times every year for over two decades.  I have paid attention and have a lot to offer - in case you know someone thinking of building a new home.

Best of all, my fee is paid by the builder.  And there is nothing to gain by visiting the builder's model without a Realtor.  We are paid out of the marketing budget.

Who do you know who has been dropping into builder's model homes lately?  They may need me on their side to make a good decision about real estate™.

I guess this is the exact opposite.
To be fair, it was marketed as "bring your imagination"

December Statistics for the Austin area real estate market

Once again, every statistic is up except days on the market - which is the only one that goes down in a strong market.

The Austin area continues to shine.  Some of the areas that had too much inventory, like Pflugerville and the more outlying counties, are catching up with more and more people buying.

Of course, statistics are fine but what really matters is how this all applies to you.

If you are thinking of moving or investing in a rental property, make sure we talk early on.  I earn referrals by helping you make good decisions about real estate.*
