The location is hard to beat.  This is a mature area in Cedar Park right on the edge of Austin.  Shopping and entertainment so close, Milburn Park, Cypress Creek Park on Lake Travis, Lakeline Mall...  Close to 183/183A and Toll 45.  Both the current and new Apple Campuses are just miles away.  So many restaurant choices within a mile or two, gyms, churches, movies.  You might have to drive almost 5 miles for indoor skydiving, bowling, or rock climbing.  It's a fun, convenient place to live. 
Lake Travis is just 4.2 miles at Cypress Creek Park, 7 mi at the Oasis, 7.5 mi at Sandy Creek Park, or 7.7 at Volente Beach.
Lakeline Mall is 2.1 miles.
Lakeline Light Rail Park and Ride  3 miles
Apple's campus is 8.2 miles to the existing campus and about the same to the new campus that is under construction.
There is even a Dell Children's Hospital under construction nearby.
