The upper level is the primary suite, which is split into a sleeping side and a daytime side by a large walk-in closet.  The sleeping side is at the front with plenty of space for the typical bedroom furnishings.  The rear side could be used as an exercise area or retreat.  The current window replaced a glass slider years ago.  There had been a wooden outside balcony originally that needed replacement.  Since the trees were blocking some of the view anyway, the seller decided to remove the balcony and make the window smaller.  It may be possible to return to the slider and balcony setup if desired.
The back yard has ample covered and uncovered patio space, majestic oaks, and an amazing view up the length of the former fairway.
The side entry two car garage has extra space in the rear for a workbench, storage, or to accommodate a longer than average vehicle.  The driveway offers room to turn around when backing out of the garage or for extra parking.
Showings began Friday afternoon Feb 26th, we had multiple offers well above asking a few hours later, and the seller accepted one on Monday.
