Staging Your Property

Staging is all about creating a well-kept clean slate that each buyer can imagine as their own home.
Take care of any known repairs.  Clean.  Declutter.  Touch up paint.  Get a landscaping service.  Hide your personal items like shampoo and toothbrushes.  Under furnish.  Under decorate.  If the house looks like it needs something, the potential buyers will usually mentally add something of theirs.
It should not feel like your house.  It should feel like it could be (maybe) their next home.
