So before we start working on your move, we take time to help you get ready.  And to aim - by making sure your goals are clear.
The process is fairly simple, meet with John and explain what is important about this move.  Then John will ask some thought-provoking questions.
Sometimes, in the process of explaining to John the "whys" behind your move, you might discover your priorities are a little different than you first thought.
Taking careful aim.
By spending part of our first consultation bringing your dreams to Focus we'll all know exactly what moving should accomplish.  This way you are much more likely to be happier with the results in the long run.
John's clients tend to make better real estate decisions and move less often.  This allows more time for home appreciation and paying down the mortgage.  Not to mention the sense of home that comes from staying in the right house.
This meeting usually runs 30-60 minutes.
