Feedback Requests and Weekly Updates

Did they like our house???
After each showing we strategically ask for feedback from the showing agent.  Strategically means not too soon.  We don't want to make you look too anxious and attract a lower price.
The response rate is low.  Agents are busy.  Or have nothing useful to tell us.
Most of the responses are very much like "It showed well.  Not the right house for the buyer.  Would show it again."
Valuable feedback is the kind that tells us something we can do something about.  An odor.  A barking dog.  A carpet stain we didn't already notice.
The other reason many agents seek feedback is when the seller won't listen to them.  If they tell a seller to replace the old carpet and the seller refuses, maybe if they hear the same thing from 5 other agents the carpet will get replaced???
If John strongly suggests something, you can bet there will be more agents with that feedback.  Better to listen to the professional advice the first time and get offers instead of feedback.
The best feedback, by the way, is an offer!

Weekly Updates
Would you like a weekly update?  We're happy to let you know what's happened on our end each Tuesday via email.  Includes feedback from agents, if any.
