The closing is when you sign and initial all the documents.
Buyer side and Seller side of the transaction usually close separately.
You'll need your ID, account wiring information including account and routing numbers (which will not be requested by email - those are scams), and a well-rested hand.
Once closing is completed, we wait for funding.
