Multiple Offers

When a Seller gets multiple offers, they may let all those offering know and give you a chance to revise to your highest and best offer.
We should not know what the other offers are and they should not know what out offer is either.
This is when you want to be clear about how much you want the house.  Don't get caught up in winning for the sake of winning.   I this is THE house and you just have to have it, your highest and best can reflect that.  If it is OK if you get it for blank, then don't go above blank.
We have strategies that don't cost much but can improve your offer.  We will discuss these and might add them to your highest and best.  The word "best" means best terms.
Multiple offers have been fairly common in Leander and Round Rock ISDs for several years.  Most often for new listings that are priced accurately.
When you find yourself in a multiple offer situation, you will be glad you did everything to prepare.  Or sorry you did not.
Clearly knowing your priorities in your home search is so important!
