Your Custom Designed For Sale Sign

How many For Sale signs do you see that tell all about the Agent and/or Brokerage?
Why would you want a mini billboard for your Realtor in your yard?  Does that help sell your house? 
We think your sign should be working for your sale.
Most of the space on the sign is about your house.
The picture on the sign is your home's key photo.
Not a photo of John. (Though he does get a tiny cartoon.)
John's contact info and a Focus Realty logo are on the sign large enough to comply with advertising regulations and make it easy for a potential buyer to contact us.  
The sign takes time to prepare and print.  It is much more expensive than typical signage.  And much more effective.
