Tax Preparation

Your tax professional may likely need to see your Closing Disclosure to identify certain expenses for your tax return.  This is the 2 page accounting of the transaction that was prepared for closing.  It is also the first document we went over during the closing meeting.
If your copy is not easy to find, feel free to have your tax professional contact us so we can send them a copy.  And send us a quick note giving your permission to do so.
