When you look at a home listing, where do your eyes go first?

I believe it’s the pictures.

Looking further is won  - or lost in those first pictures.

If the pictures look good, chances are the buyer is going to pay attention to the facts like price and location and number of bedrooms.  Then maybe ask for a showing.

Weak photography stops buyers dead in their tracks.  No reduced  price or reduced commission or free closing costsa will bring them back.
